St. Paul writes in Philippians 2:15 that we are to "shine as lights in the world." At St. John's, we work in service to our neighbor out of thanksgiving for what God has done for us. As Jesus washed his disciples' feet, we, too, are sent to share God's self-giving love with the world around us. We believe that being of service to other people, both in our community and beyond, is part of our calling as followers of Christ.
We invite you to learn more about some of the ways in which the people of St. John's live out our faith. Check out the links below, call the church office for additional information, or complete the SJLC Next Steps form. Come serve with us as servants of Jesus Christ!
