Mrs. Maritza has been working at St. John's Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) since 1994. She has been the director since 1997. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
Ms. Mayra has been working at St. John's ECEC since 2008. She works in the Shining Star Room as a co-teacher. She has her AA in Business and received her CDA in 2012. She continues her professional development each year.
Ms. Stephanie has worked at St. John's ECEC since February 2014. Stephanie has a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Forensic Science. She received her CDA in 2018 and is working on her Early Childhood Development Certificate from NVCC. She is the lead teacher in the Shining Stars room. Ms. Stephanie is also one of the center's supervisors.
Ms. Vania has worked at St. John's ECEC since July 2004. She is one of the center's supervisors. She received her CDA in 2011 and received her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2016. Ms. Vania graduated with a BA in Social Work from George Mason University. She is pursuring her Master's Degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University.
Ms. Fren is a floater and assists teachers in all the classrooms. She has worked at St. John's ECEC since February 2014 and received her CDA in June 2016.
Ms. Rebeca Leon has worked at St. John's ECEC since April 2018. She has been working as a preschool teacher for about 8 years. Currently she is the lead teacher in the Wise Owls room. She received her CDA in 2015 and she is currenty pursuing her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development from NVCC.
Ms. Margarita Mendez has been at St. John's ECEC since August 2016. She has her CDA and continues to receive training in Early Childhood Education each year. She is the teacher assistant in the Busy Bees room.
Ms. Kimberly Galazra has been working at the ECEC since November 2015. She obtained her CDA in 2018. She is the lead teacher in the Teddy Bear classroom. She is currently working on her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development from NCCC.
Ms. Katia Portillo has been working with children since 2015. She has been working at St. John's ECEC since February 2018. She is co-teacher in the Teddy Bear classroom. She is recieved her Child Development Associate (CDA) 2019.
Ms. Danielle Baker has been working at St. John's ECEC since February 2020. Danielle has a Bachelors Degree in Child and Adolescent Studies from Bowie State University. She is the Co-Lead for the Busy Bee's classroom.
Ms. Teresa Castro has been working at St. John's ECEC since August 2015. She currently works in the kitchen and assist teachers in all classrooms.
